We are a startup company looking for talented web designers to join our team. You will work on projects from basic to mid level complexity to complex websites. You will have to work with web developers to support the software development process and spearhead the design conceptualization and delivery of a superior product. T Responsibilities include development of detailed technical specification based on Project Outline, determination of appropriate architecture, technical solutions and making relevant recommendations.There will be some client interaction involved and you should have strong presentation and communication skills. Required skills: - 1-2 years experience as a web and graphic designer. You must possess strong graphic and design skills and be adept at creating cutting edge websites. - Strong knowledge of Flash and Actionscript - Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Pagemaker, Adobe InDesign and other image editing and graphic design software - Adept at using Dreamweaver, Frontpage and the Adobe Suite of web authoring software - Strong knowledge of Javascript, XML, CSS, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, XHTML - Knowledge of ASP, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL,PHP), .Net technologies an added plus - Familiarity with Macromedia Director, streaming audio/video, Google analytics, Google maps, RSS feeds will be an added plus. - Understanding of the Internet, websites and Web 2.0 design trends. - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. SEO Executive - He or She will be qualified with modern SEO techniques and has atleast 1 years experience to handle project individually. Know how to do onpage and offpage SEO changes.
